Connie Foster, Coordinator of World Languages
Welcome to Jamestown Public Schools Pupil Services and particularly to our World Languages page! I have been an educator in the Jamestown Public Schools for 29 years. I began my tenure in Jamestown in 1990 at JHS teaching Spanish and ESL (English as a Second Language). My administrative years began in 2000 at Washington Middle School where I served as assistant principal. Four years later, in 2004, I began a fourteen year stint as the principal at C.C. Ring Elementary School, from 2004-2018. Prior to my Jamestown experiences, I taught bilingual kindergarten, second, and third grades in Phoenix, AZ and kindergarten, second grade, and Title One reading in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I am pleased and excited to take all of my collective experience and return somewhat back to my roots, now serving as coordinator of the programs that benefit students who are learning new languages, be it English as a New Language or Spanish or French.
