Media Opt Out Policy
Please find below the Jamestown Public Schools' Media Opt-Out Forms. These forms are only to be used if you DO NOT want your child to be photographed or videotaped for school publicity. If you do NOT want your child photographed or videotaped in the district, please print out and return a signed copy of this release to the C.C. Ring Elementary school office. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your child's teacher or the school office.
