    JHS Seniors and Parents:  Jamestown High School, in collaboration with Jamestown Community College will hold a zoom Financial Aid Informational session on Thursday, October 15th at 6:00pm.  JCC Financial Aid Director , Michelle Schram, will present an overview of the financial aid process, tips on filling out your FAFSA, information on the state aid process and how to obtain additional grants and scholarships!  Parents and students are encouraged to attend and you won't want to miss this important event!  Check your Remind messages for the zoom link and pass code for the meeting or email JHS Counselor Ashley Noon at for more information.

  • The School Year Begins on Tuesday September 8th

    The first day of school for students at JHS is Tuesday September 8th.  It will be an A-Day.  For Freshmen and other students who will be attending school for in-person learning, it will be a "Green Day."

  • Dress Code Reminders

    When shopping for back to school clothes, please keep the following things in mind regarding our dress code policy:

    Clothing should not interfere with teaching and learning.  

    • All shorts, skirts, and pants with holes, must be appropriate for school
    • No bare midriffs
    • No hats, bandannas, or headwear
