What is Remind?
We are excited to share that our schools are now using Remind district-wide! If you're not already familiar with Remind, it's a classroom communication tool that makes it easy to stay involved with your child's learning. You may receive messages about school-wide events or classroom reminders. You can also use Remind to reach out directly to your child's teachers to check on their progress in class.
Remind is easy to use, and you'll be able to receive and send messages on any device—even a simple text message from your phone! Messages can easily be translated between Spanish and English, as well as many other languages.
As we prepare for the new school year, updated accounts have been created for all parents who have a child enrolled in one of our schools. Accounts will be created based on the email address and/or mobile phone number we have on file, and will automatically be linked to all classes in which your child is enrolled.
On Tuesday September 4, you may receive an email and/or text message from Remind. The message will explain the steps needed to finish setting up your account so that you can be connected to your child's new teachers and classes.
If you already have an account registered to the same email address and/or mobile phone number that matches our student records, your account will be automatically updated with your child's current class information.
We are excited to make connecting with our families more engaging, and we look forward to keeping you informed about your child’s progress in school!
