C.C. Ring Elementary has been identified as a Focus School within New York State. This requires C.C. Ring Elementary to develop a School Comprehensive Education Plan (SCEP) that details the way in which they will be increasing the quality of instruction, improving the effectiveness of the leadership and teaching; and improving student achievement and graduation rates for all students.  In order to do this a team of teachers worked with Mrs. Miller to review the results from NYS exams and other school data an make a plan to improve in areas such as attendance, behavior, and academics during the upcoming school year.
