Ms. Austin is starting her 32nd year in teaching!  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, along with a Master’s degree in Special Education both from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.  She taught 5th grade at Washington Middle School for many years  before settling into third grade at C.C. Ring Elementary.  Prior to that, Ms. Austin was a special education teacher at Union City Elementary School in Pennsylvania where she worked with students grades K-5 and taught a year in 4th grade.  Ms. Austin resides in Jamestown with her two huge dogs Cricket and Sadie.
