Mr. Ryan Calkins

I have been a Physical Education and Health teacher at JHS for 18 years.  I graduated from JHS in 1996.  As a student at JHS, I was a member of the Red Raider football team, winning back to back state championships in 1995 and 1996.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and a Master's Degree in Health Education from SUNY Cortland.

I am currently an assistant football coach on the Red Raider football team and head girls track coach at Persell. 

I enjoy golfing and exercising in my free time.

My wife Brooke and I are the proud parents of Piper (6) and Nola (4).
