- Jamestown High School
The Jamestown High School A Cappella Choir will present its 100th annual A Cappella Vespers on Sunday, Dec. 8 and Saturday, Dec. 14 at 4 p.m. at First Lutheran Church, 120 Chandler St. Admission is free and a good-will offering will be taken.
- Fletcher Elementary School
Fletcher’s youngest students were invited to “strike a pose” on the runway during a special “fashion show” for students enrolled in Andrea Kelemen’s, Travis Knight’s, and Janna Anderson’s UPK 4 classes
- Lincoln Elementary School
Students and families at Lincoln Elementary School held a successful “peanut butter and jelly” drive throughout the month of November, collecting over 200 jars to help benefit several community organizations across the City of Jamestown.
The summer’s construction has already brought substantial upgrades to classrooms, bathrooms, and hallways at Jamestown High School on one half of the second floor, which have provided a glimpse of what staff and students can expect when work continues on the other side of the building during holiday breaks and during the summer of 2025
As the most substantial work on Jamestown High School continues into the next several years, this period in the high school’s history is reminiscent of the current building’s construction from 1934-35.
Jamestown High School has announced first quarter honor and merit roll for the 2024-25 school year.
