The Jamestown High School Cross Country program will host its 1-Mile Cross Country stampede for students in first through sixth grades on Saturday, Oct. 5 at the Jamestown Cross Country Course, located at the Martin Road Athletic Complex at Jefferson Middle School. 

• The 5th & 6th Grade race begins at 9:15 a.m. 
• The 3rd and 4th Grade race begins at 9:35 a.m.
• The 1st and 2nd Grade race begins at 10 a.m.

Top 10 finishers in each race will win a t-shirt. 

The event is free for students. Donation to the Jamestown Cross-Country Boosters is appreciated but not required. Registration is due by Oct. 3 and can be completed online or via paper form sent to the Jefferson Middle School Office c/o Cristin Hockenberry at 195 Martin Road, Jamestown, N.Y. 14701.
