For the students at Jamestown High School, the sight of orange vests has been a backdrop to their school day since last winter. But recently, a group of upperclassmen and Early College High School (ECHS) students stepped past the "Construction Area" signs of the school’s cafeteria to see exactly what has been happening behind the barrier.
