How long have you worked for JPS? 

I have worked with JPS for over 21 years. I served as a long-term sub at JHS for attendance and then have worked the last 21 years at Washington Middle School as the Health & Attendance Secretary.

What brought you to JPS? 

I had the privilege of being able to stay home with my children when they were young. As they all entered elementary school,I became involved with the PTA at Fletcher Elementary School. There I learned about the benefits of being able to work in the school system and have the same schedule, weekends and holiday/vacation time as my kids. 

What’s your favorite part of your job?

One of my favorite parts of my job is getting to meet and greet the students.
